Terms& 　　Conditions		1. Nextage Inc. acts only as an agent for the passengers in respect to services provided. Our service include escorting services, tour guiding, reservation of the coaches, hotel reservations. 2. Nextage Inc. and its operators shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in conjunction with, any defect in any form of transportation, strikes or any Act of God occuring in either the country of origin or destination. 3. Nextage Inc. is not responsible for any act, omission or event contracted by the client. 4. All prices are in Japanese yen. 5. A deposit is required to guarantee hotels and coaches in some cases. 6. Payment should be made on the day of first meeting, which means that invoice will be due on that day. 7. Payment will be either bank transfer to our account or in cash. 8. Nextage Inc. shall not be responsible for damages incurred by the client owing to the reasons listed hereinunder and those similar thereto. (1) Natural disaster, war, disturbances uprisings, and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due it such causes. (2) Accidents or fire related to transportation, accommodation facilities, etc., and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes. (3) Orders of either Japanese or foreign government officials, immigration regulations, isolation as the result of infections disease, and alteration or cancellation of the tour itinerary due to such causes. (4) Accidents occurring during participant's free activities. (5) Food poisoning. (6) Theft. (7) Delays, stoppages, alternations of schedule and route in relation to transportation facilities, and alternation of the tour itinerary and shortening of staying time at destinations due to such causes. (8) Any causes which are beyond the control of Sapporo Guiding Service or the agents in charge of tour arrangements. 9. All the claim from client side will be carried over to Sapporo district court and will be handled based on Japanese law.
Cancellation 　　Policy		Cancellation over 8 days prior to travel -- no charge Cancellation received 3-7 days prior to travel --20% of the fare is charged Cancellation received previous day of travel - - 50% of the fare is charged Cancellation received day of travel - - 100% of the fare is charged All reservations are subject to the following penalties: --Once you start your tour, there is no refund for your payment. --By making payment at the first meeting, all the tour will be considered as starting point of tour.
Insurance		We strongly recommend that clients take out insurance for trips when theyreserve.
